WORKING GROUP MEETING OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY EXPERTS OF CUSTOMS ADMINISTRATIONS OF MONGOLIA-RUSSIA WAS HELD

Working group meeting of Information technology experts of Customs administrations of Mongolia and Russia was successfully held on March 29-30, 2017 at Altanbulag-Khiagt International border port. Working group of Mongolia was headed by Mr. Ganzorig.B, Director of Information Technology Center of Customs General Administration of Mongolia /MCGA/.

The Parties have exchanged views on the following topics:

  1. Exchanging and securing the data of goods and vehicles within the framework of “Agreement between the Customs General Administration of Mongolia and the Federal Customs Service of Russia on exchange x-ray equipment data for the purpose of enhancement of customs control results” signed on July 09, 2015. Altanbulag port of Selenge Customs and Khiagt port of Buryat Customs are
  2. Identifying and finding solutions to the imminent problems regarding implementation of “Protocol between Customs General Administration of Mongolia and the Federal Customs Service of Russia on mutual acceptance of customs control results on certain goods” signed at Ufa, Russia on July 09, 2015.

Both Parties have agreed on using IBM Websphere MQ program when exchanging x-ray equipment data of vehicles grossing the border.
